We challenge what does not
belong on your report.
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to dispute information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or outdated. We help you exercise that right, professionally.
Collections
Accounts in collections that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or past the reporting time limit.
Charge-offs
Charge-off entries that contain errors or can no longer be verified by the original creditor.
Late payments
Late payment notations that are reported incorrectly or fall outside the correct reporting window.
Hard inquiries
Hard inquiry entries that you did not authorize or that were pulled without a permissible purpose.
Outdated addresses
Old or incorrect addresses attached to your file, which can blur the line between you and similar names.
Certain public records
Public-record entries that are inaccurate, misassociated, or reported beyond their legal time limit.
Be clear about limits
What we will not claim to do.
We want you to trust what we say. That means being direct about what credit repair cannot do, and never promising a result we cannot deliver.
We cannot remove:
- Accurate, verifiable, and current information
- Legitimate items you actually owe that can be verified
- Items simply because you dispute them, if the bureau verifies them
- Bankruptcies and certain records before their legal reporting window
Every outcome is determined by the credit bureaus and data furnishers, and results vary by individual credit profile.
